Bonus Dividend Day was Out of This World!

At Clark County Credit Union, our members are the owners!

CCCU distributed $2,625,755 to our members during this year’s Bonus Dividend Day, January 27! As a non-profit cooperative, the Bonus Dividend is one way we share excess earnings with our members in addition to low rates and competitive products and services.

Each branch celebrated the day with a sweet treat and fun space-themed CCCU swag - we even invited local radio station host Shawn Tempesta of KVGS 102.7 FM to broadcast at our Tenaya branch to spread the good news to the community.

Member Terrance K. stopped by the Windmill Branch and shared, “Bonus Dividend Day has become a tradition for me and my wife. On the day, I come to the branch first thing in the morning to withdraw the funds, then I give it to my wife to spend on something special.”

Our members often choose to save or spend their dividend in creative ways. “Last year I used my dividend to help buy my granddaughter a brand-new car!” said longtime member, Crystal C. “This year we hope to use my dividend to help with her schooling!”

Member Since 1969: Retired LVMPD Officer, Beatrice D Says CCCU Fits Her Financial Needs

Beatrice D. has been a Clark County resident for 72 years and a CCCU member for the last 54 years. Beatrice chose CCCU to start establishing her savings and financial history and has never looked back!

Beatrice is a retired police officer and was the first African American female police officer for the Las Vegas Metro Police Department (LVMPD.) Since retiring, Beatrice has become a Minister.

Beatrice mentions what sets CCCU apart from other financial institutions is our staff. “The friendliness of employees and their professional expertise makes CCCU different!” Beatrice also mentions that CCCU has her back and helps her reach her financial goals and dreams! She says, “They are always available to assist me!”
