We are building you a better online banking experience! On February 26, 2020, your online account experience will become even more convenient, secure and streamlined. To get started, you will need to register your device (phone, tablet or desktop computer) in our new system. Please follow these simple steps when you log in to your online banking starting on February 26: Step 1 – Verify Your Info Is your contact information correct? It is very important that before February 26, you verify that CCCU has your current email, cell phone or landline number on file. Without this information, we cannot verify your identity to allow access to your accounts. Step 2 – Get the App For Apple users, update your CCCU app to get the new functionality and improved services. For Android users, you will need to delete your current CCCU app and download a new one in Google Play. Step 3 – Register Your Devices Using your existing username and password you will use multi-factor authentication to register each of your devices (computer, phone, tablet). A unique code will be sent to you via the method you select – text, email or phone call. You will only need to do this once per device. The code will expire in 15 minutes. If you are locked out try clicking on reset your password and if you still are having issues, contact our Service Department at 702-228-2228. Step 4 – Bill Pay Review your Bill Pay and set up eBills. All your Bill Pay payees will be transferred over to your new system, but eBills sent from vendors are not. Step 5 – Personal Financial Management (PFM) Once your accounts update in the new system, you can bring them into the new PFM tool. This allows you to track your spending, create financial goals and see a suggested budget. You may also link outside accounts to get the full picture of your financial profile. CCCU's Bonus Dividend Day Gives $3.6 Million to its Members
For the sixth consecutive year in a row since the recession recovery, CCCU has given a Bonus Dividend back to our members. We are happy to report this year’s payout was more than $3.6 million.
“Our members’ deposits and loans are investments that pay dividends, literally,” says Matt Kershaw, Chief Executive Officer of CCCU. “Every year CCCU proudly gives members their ‘piece of the pie’ based on their deposits or loans.”
To celebrate Bonus Dividend Day, each of our branches were decorated with balloons, a banner and a $3.6 million Dollar oversized check was on display. Additionally, each branch was provided mini pies for members to enjoy.
We loved hearing what our members have done or plan to do with their dividend deposit amount. Some said they would be taking their families on vacation, paying down debts, and even making bonus loan payments.
CCCU has 46,000 loyal members. All members in good standing received at least $20 deposited to their account. The average deposit this year was $78.74, with the highest amount paid being $14,690.60. In the last 20 years, we have distributed a grand total of $66,799,813.63 back to our Southern Nevada community.
Sharing their CCCU story, Craig and Trisha Fuller said, “We enjoy the small-town feel, the friendly staff, and that they are always diligent in processing loans. Last year, the Bonus Dividend went towards our Costa Rica vacation!”
The dividend payment is calculated based on average annual daily balances for both deposits and loans of any type including auto loans, new home construction or business loans.

Meet the Product/Project Management Team at Clark County Credit Union
The Product Management team drives growth for our internal programs and external products and helps CCCU stay innovative and competitive. They work with multiple departments such as business, marketing, and data analytics to develop, prioritize, and execute strategic plans for projects. Their most recent project: the new Online Banking system! Their projects foster member growth, enhance member financial performance, improve operations, and enrich member service. Let’s get to know a few of our amazing CCCU Product Management team members:
Mahealani Sotomayor, Deposit Product Manager “I absolutely love what I do. The ability to introduce something new or enhance an existing product to make our employees and/or members happier; what greater joy is there than that? When I’m not working, off-roading and camping is my thing!” Her favorite quote: “Stay Humble. Hustle Hard.”
Jill Hart, Lending Product Manager “I have been in the financial service industry for over 30 years, with 24 years here at CCCU. I began as a teller at the Sahara Credit Union Plaza branch but quickly moved into the lending side of the business, where I have worked in the consumer, commercial, and mortgage loan depts. I enjoy spending time outdoors with friends and family.” Her favorite quote: “Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.”
Zia Ibrahim, Digital Product Manager “I have my B.S. in Computer Engineering and minor in Mathematics from Polytechnic University of California in Pomona. I started my career as a Systems Engineer for a big Aviation/Defense company in California. When I moved to Las Vegas, I worked as a Software Engineer for an international gaming company.” Zia’s top 3 favorite books: “A Brief History of Time, God Created the Integers and the Kite Runner.” Damon Douglass, Senior Project Manager “My work includes managing enterprise wide IT projects. What I like about working at CCCU is the sense of family.” Fred Howard, Chief Technology Officer “I have a BS CIS and an MBA with honors, with an emphasis in international business. I have over 30 years of experience in Information Technology. Prior to CCCU I ran R&D for Global Payments; prior to that I was VP of IT for Prologis, the world’s largest REIT in the world.” Fred’s favorite quote: “Es Lo Que Es” (It is what it is). Thank you, Product/Project Management, for being a part of the CCCU family and working on our new online banking system!
